Responsibilities included requirement analysis, writing success/exceptional test cases, test case documentation, test running, reporting, user acceptance testing, and deployment. Over 100 million subscribers successfully moved their numbers from one mobile operator to another.

In the Service Delivery Platform Project, responsibilities included continuous customer support, third-party development support, and professional service to GSM operators via mentoring the operations team.

Firmware development with Metrowerks Code Warrior using its special assembler and C language for the Motorola HC08 microprocessor in the Prepaid Water Metering Project, with more than 50K water metering copies made that still function after years.

Continuous customer support, system surveillance, and remote support for the Electricity Metering Telemetry Project, along with Mobitex communication system support, reporting to the general manager for daily transactions from the site.
